Video - Robert Drysdale Makes MMA Debut (no spoiler!)

Robert Drydale - BJJ coach at Xtreme Couture, 2005 ADCC champion, and assistant coach to Frank Mir on this season of The Ultimate Fighter - made his MMA debut Friday evening at Tuff-N-Uff’s Future Stars of MMA event in Las Vegas. Here's the video:

That round went 8 seconds too long. They're 3 minute rounds in amateur fights. The other fighter should have been saved by the bell!

Being saved by the bell is the lamest tihng ever to happen to combat sports. Anyone who likes the concept is a ninny.

Catch Robert Drysdale in his first professional MMA event ever, this July 17th. It's in BC, Canada but apparently the live PPV webcast is available at http://WWSN.TV. I'm looking forward to seeing what this guy can do in the octagon, hope he doesn't disappoint and kicks some butt!
